What makes MaanVira Botanics products different?

Are your hair and skin products sulfate-free and paraben-free?

Yes. All Keshamrit and Keshvardhini formulations are certified Sulfate Free and Paraben Free, using cold-pressed oils and herbal extracts in place of harsh chemical bases.

Do I need to patch test before using a new product?

Yes, always. We recommend applying a small amount to a small area of skin and waiting 24 hours before first full use, to check for any sensitivity — especially for hair oils and serums with concentrated botanical extracts.

Are your hair oils classified as Ayurvedic medicine?

Select formulations, including Keshamrit Champi Hair Oil, are registered as Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicines under a valid manufacturing license, produced at our GMP-compliant facility in Barsana, Mathura.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure prepaid payments (cards, UPI, net banking) as well as Cash on Delivery across India. Prepaid orders carry no extra charge; COD orders include a nominal handling fee.

Can I track my order after placing it?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS and email so you can follow it from checkout to your doorstep.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched, with no cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are handled as a return.

Which areas do you deliver to, and how long does it take?

We currently ship to every pin code in India. Metro deliveries typically take 1–3 business days, smaller cities 3–5 days, and remote or rural areas up to 7 days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available nationwide with a small handling fee per order. Choosing to pay online instead means no extra fee is added.

Do you ship outside India?

International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis at the moment. Any customs duties, taxes or clearance charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided all seals, tags and original packaging are intact. For hygiene reasons, opened herbal oils, shampoos and similar products cannot be returned unless defective.

What if I receive a damaged, expired or wrong item?

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, including covering return shipping — no restocking fee applies.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. If you paid by COD, we’ll coordinate the refund method with you directly.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our error — a defective, expired or incorrect item — we cover the shipping cost.
